  • Investigations of the functions of genes and proteins in a range of cattle and sheep production traits.
  • Identification of genes and proteins associated with mastitis resistance in dairy cows and genes linked with marbling in beef cattle
  • Identification of the functions of imprinted genes and non-coding genes in myogenesis and adipogenesis (Dlk-1 locus) particularly during development
  • The Bovine Genome Sequencing Project
